This is what inspired me to found Plushee. My path has not always been easy, but each difficulty has strengthened my desire to create a space where women feel seen and understood . I started Plushee with a simple but ambitious vision: to offer products that meet the technical needs of technicians , but also allow them to focus on what makes the difference in their work: quality, art and the human connection with their clients. With Plushee, every woman can create a perfect result with quality pre-made bouquets, which allow her to focus on what matters: the beauty of the work and the well-being of the client .

But Plushee is not just about products. It is also a different approach to training. My goal has always been to break down technical barriers and allow each technician , whether beginner or experienced, to master their craft through accessible, comprehensive, and above all innovative training . Our training does not just teach you the basic techniques, it supports you at every step, with kindness and empowerment . You are not alone in this journey. My team and I will be there to guide you, support you and celebrate your small and big victories.

And that's where Véronique comes in. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and telecommunications, she brings to Plushee a breath of fresh air , a fresh perspective, and strategic expertise that perfectly complements our approach. Véronique will enrich our training by introducing key elements to grow your business . She will guide you through the basics of business development and acquisition , as well as the commitments of a self-employed worker . You will also learn how to work in a salon , on commission or not, to understand all the options available to you and choose what best suits your needs. This practical and strategic approach doesn't stop there: Véronique will also provide valuable content on managing relationships with your clients , building loyalty , and using social media to grow your visibility and network.

That's not all. In addition to comprehensive training , we offer a month of free content to help you go further, and a private support group where all our students can exchange, ask questions and support each other. This group will be a real space for learning and solidarity , where each technician can share their challenges and successes, in a caring and inspiring environment.

But Plushee is not just a training, it's not just a product, it's a bigger vision , a movement . We want to create a strong community , a space where women support, encourage and strengthen each other. Because deep down, what matters most is your personal and professional development . We believe that by taking care of our community, we allow each woman to go further and feel fulfilled and confident in her profession .

And it is with this collective energy that we are launching a project that is particularly close to my heart: the creation of an exclusive brand of linen , designed and conceived for technicians. Véronique and I wanted this range to not only be practical, but to bring out beauty and self-confidence . We will offer three-piece leggings sets , comfortable puffer jackets , thermoses , glasses and much more. This collection will not only be reserved for technicians, but also available to the public, in order to showcase our identity and allow all women to feel beautiful and good about themselves.

More than just products, this linen project is part of our desire to give back to the community . Each piece sold will see $5 donated to community centers , mutual aid events, and initiatives such as coat drives for women in shelters . Because we deeply believe that being an entrepreneur also means taking care of others. We want to make Plushee a driver of positive change , by taking concrete action to help women in need.

We will also be more present in major events and support local women entrepreneurs .
